In only its third year of participation, Talkdesk has been named a Leader in Gartner’s 2019 Magic Quadrant for Contact Center as a Service, North America. Out of nine participants, Talkdesk was named a Leader based on evaluation across 15 criteria.
Talkdesk made a positive movement (upward and to the right) in Completeness of Vision and Ability to Execute in the 2019 North American CCaaS Magic Quadrant into the Leaders quadrant.
